Should I choose 1-on-1 or Group Lessons?

1-on-1 sessions focus more on your individual demands. These highly tailored trainings help us to work efficiently towards your specific goals.

During small group trainings all players work on the same theme (e.g. "Pier 40 Soccer Training: Wing Play, Long and Cross Balls, Free Kicks") making it slightly less player specific than the 1-on-1 trainings. However, small group training sessions are still very beneficial and also more cost effective than private lessons.

Soccer Technique. Soccer skills can be developed through repetition, observation or visualization. With regular training and practice of a specific movement or technique, you will build confidence and the target motion becomes natural to you.

Let's work on your fundamental skills most often used in the game:

(1) kicking
(2) ball control (first touch, controlling the ball at speed)
(3) heading
(4) dribbling (basic dribbling, intermediate and advanced moves)

Hurdle training with ball

Agility, Fitness, Explosiveness.
Soccer requires an excellent combination of strength, speed, power and endurance to excel on the field of play and apply your skills and game intelligence properly. Players of all ages should continually try to improve their speed and agility. Soccer players that demonstrate greater quickness and speed on and off the ball, have an obvious advantage over players that don’t.

To get into peak physical condition, it is just as important to practice:

(1) core strength
(2)
explosive leg power
(3) rapid change of direction,
(4) acceleration
(5) speed with the ball.

Train better with professional equipment and exercises that are fun: speed ladder, hurdles, balance pillow, rings and more.
