Except under extenuating circumstances, CoachFrank NYC has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Private and Group Lessons. This means that if a lesson is not canceled the before cancellation policy time, the player will be charged for the session or class. If the player feels that extenuating circumstances have occurred, he/she must speak to their coach to make different arrangements.
